If you wish to cancel or transfer your registration, this must be done in writing at least FIVE working days before the event/class starts. - There is no charge to transfer a registration. - A $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
No refunds or transfers can be made within five working days of the event/class.
Any classes that do not reach minimum numbers will be cancelled.
If the event/class is cancelled by the organiser you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed as soon as possible.
Payment must be made at the time of booking. All payments are done through secure. You may choose to pay by credit card, debit card or bank-to-bank transfer. We do not keep any of your details.
If you paid by credit card or debit card the refund will be made back to that card automatically through our secure system. If you paid by bank-to-bank you will be asked for your bank details in order for us to process your refund.
